Privacy notice

How Huceptron handles personal data on this website. Last updated 2 October 2026.

Who we are

Huceptron is a registered business name (no. 791720) of Dr. Armin Shams, Dublin, Ireland. He is the controller of the personal data collected through huceptron.com. Contact: cserv@huceptron.com.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site, or email us, we receive what you send: usually your name, email address, phone number and organisation, the details of your enquiry and, if you give it, a VAT number for invoicing. Please do not send health or other sensitive data.

Why we use it, and on what basis

AI assistance

Some messages are drafted or sorted by our d-Employees, which are AI systems working under human supervision. A person reviews anything that commits us to you.

Cookies and measurement

This site loads Google's site tag to measure visits and advertising. It may set cookies and send usage data to Google. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Who else receives it

Our hosting provider in Ireland stores this site and our email. Google receives usage data through its tag. If you pay through a payment provider, it receives what it needs under its own privacy notice; we never see or store your card details. We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside the EU

Google may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months. Client and billing records: six years after the end of the year they relate to, as Irish tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, and to have it corrected, deleted, restricted or moved to another provider, and you can object to our use of it. Write to cserv@huceptron.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
