P7P  ·  Prompt and Persona

The d‑Employee P&P Shop

Every one of our 131 d‑Employees, as a document you can deploy today. Not a one‑line prompt — a complete role operating system: mandate and authority, the system prompt to instantiate it, the frameworks and standards it works to, its quality gates, escalation rules and knowledge‑management discipline. Edition v6.0. Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or your own stack and it works the same day.

131d‑Employees, 11 departments
2,228pages of licensed material
+18.0%judged uplift over the same AI with no persona (4.483 vs 3.799)
54 / 72blind judgings placed v6.0 first

Those numbers come from five blind experiments, the last of them designed so that new tasks could not dominate old ones: nine tasks, eight independent AI judges (reader archetypes, not people), three arms, 216 judgings, every arm shuffled and stripped of identifying marks before it was scored. d‑Employee Connector — four ways

A small piece of software that plugs into Claude and hands over the right d‑Employee as the work comes up. Installed once; nothing to find or paste after that.

  • €450 a year — single practitioner, one named person
  • €950 a year — founding licence, one organisation, price locked at renewal
  • €1,700 once — the founding licence for two years
  • €2,950 once — the Connector plus all the d‑Employee files to keep for good
  • All 131 served on demand inside Claude, and the catalogue delivered the day you pay
See the four options →
Trying before buying? For €50 you can hand a real task to any d‑Employee and see what comes back — no persona file, just the result. Start your email with their first name and send it to employee@huceptron.com. If you then buy that persona, the €50 comes off.

Choose your d‑Employees

Tap to select as many as you like — nothing is a fixed bundle. The price updates as you go and always uses the cheapest combination of tiers for whatever you have chosen; the line under the total spells out how it was worked out.

No d‑Employee matches that. Try a different word — or ask us to write the role you need.

The Connector

The same d‑Employees, handed to you at the moment you need one

A d‑Employee bought as a file is yours to paste in — and frozen on the day you download it. The Connector does the same job the other way round.

First, plainly: what is a connector?

A connector is a small piece of software that plugs into the AI assistant your people already use, and gives it access to something it did not have before. A calendar connector lets it see your diary. A CRM connector lets it see your customers. This one gives it the d‑Employees.

You install it once. After that, when someone asks for work that a particular d‑Employee does — a risk register, a business case, a compliance review — that role is already there, with its charter, its system prompt, its standards and its quality gates. Nothing to find in a folder. Nothing to paste.

It runs inside Claude, which is where the work is already happening. We are not asking anyone to learn a new tool.

What it does

It sits inside Claude and brings the right d‑Employee to the work. You describe the job; it hands over the role — charter, system prompt, standards, quality gates — already loaded. All 131 are available without a single one cluttering your workspace.

Why it is not just the files

When a persona is improved, you have the improvement the next time you use it. Nothing to re‑download, no version to keep track of, and no folder of 131 documents that somebody has to maintain.

What comes free with it

The Operating Layer — the rule book every d‑Employee works to: how it checks its own output, when it escalates to a human, and what it records so the next run is better. That part is free, and stays free.

And what is a founding licence?

It is the licence taken before a product is finished, by the people who are willing to back it early. In exchange for that, three things are true of it that will not be true later.

The price is held. What you pay today is what you pay at every renewal, for as long as you keep it running. The standard price at launch is €1,450; a founding licence never reaches it.

You are not waiting on nothing. The complete 131‑persona catalogue is delivered the day you pay, whichever option you take. If the Connector never arrived at all, you would still be holding what the catalogue sells for on its own.

The risk sits with us, not with you. If the Connector is not open to you within 14 days of payment, tell us and we refund the licence in full.

It is not a discount code and it is not a pre‑order. It is a straight trade: you go first, and the price you go in at is the price you keep.

Four ways to take it

Single practitioner

€450
a year · one named person

For a one‑person consultancy or an independent specialist. Everything the founding licence gives, for one seat.

Most take this

Founding licence

€950
a year · one organisation, any number of people

€950 now means €950 every year after. The price never rises while the licence runs. The standard price at launch is €1,450 — you simply never pay it.

Two years, paid once

€1,700
two years · one organisation

The founding licence for two years instead of one. €200 saved, and the same locked renewal afterwards.

Connector and all the d‑Employee files, for good

€2,950
once · renews at €950 a year

The complete 131‑persona catalogue to keep, whatever happens afterwards, plus the first year of the Connector. The files alone are €2,450.

Your price never goes up.

The figure you pay today is the figure you pay at every renewal, for as long as you keep the licence running — €450 stays €450, €950 stays €950. It is not an introductory rate that steps up after a year. The standard price at launch is €1,450, and everyone who joins before then simply never pays it.

The one thing to know: if a licence is allowed to lapse and is taken up again later, it restarts at the price of that day.

What happens when you order — every option
  • Straight away. Your order is recorded and given a reference before you are sent to pay, so nothing is lost if the payment step is interrupted.
  • When your payment is matched against that reference, the complete 131‑persona catalogue is emailed to you, generated and licensed in your name, with a licence certificate that states exactly what you may do with it.
  • Your licence is recorded against your organisation, so a replacement copy or a question about scope is answered from the record rather than from memory.
  • When the Connector opens, your access is issued to the licence holder named on the certificate.
  • Before each renewal you are told what is due and at what price, in good time.

What differs by option. Single practitioner — the licence and the access are issued to one named person. Founding licence — issued to the organisation, any number of people, and the price is held at renewal for as long as the licence runs. Two years — the same, with the term set to twenty‑four months and one renewal instead of two. Connector and all the d‑Employee files, for good — the same again, and the certificate marks the catalogue as yours permanently, whatever later happens to the licence.

The Connector is being built — so here is exactly where you stand
  • The complete 131‑persona catalogue is delivered the day you pay, whichever option you take. You are never waiting on nothing.
  • If the Connector is not open to you within 14 days of payment, tell us and we refund the licence in full.
  • The price you start on is the price you stay on. Whichever option you take, it does not rise at renewal for as long as you keep the licence running.

Choose an option above and it joins whatever else is in your basket. The Connector can also be bought on its own — no d‑Employees need to be selected.

What you actually get

  • Role charter — mandate, scope, decision rights, what it escalates to a human
  • The system prompt — ready to paste, with placeholders for your company and jurisdiction
  • Frameworks and standards the role works to, named and applied
  • Quality gates — what “done” means, and how it checks its own work
  • Knowledge‑management discipline — how it records what it learns so the next run is better
  • Position integrity — it holds a defensible position under pushback instead of folding

What the blind test actually found

We tested it rather than asserting it, and we publish the parts that did not go our way. In the study that qualified this edition, v6.0 was scored against v5.0 and against the same model with no persona at all — nine tasks, eight AI judge archetypes, 216 blind judgings.

  • 4.483 mean score for v6.0, against 4.035 for v5.0 and 3.799 for no persona at all
  • First in 54 of 72 judgings — v5.0 took 3, no persona took 15
  • p < 0.0001 against both, on a paired permutation test over 200,000 resamples
  • What we withdrew: on this evidence v5.0 alone is not measurably better than no persona (+0.236, p = 0.084). v6.0 is. That is why v6.0 is what we sell.

Licence, plainly

  • You may use it across one organisation, on any AI system you control, for unlimited internal users, and adapt it to your context.
  • You may not resell it, publish it, share it outside your organisation, or use it as training data.
  • Every copy is fingerprinted. Each file we issue carries a unique signature that survives copying, reformatting and pasting into a chat window. A copy found in the wild traces back to the licence it came from. We would much rather sell you extra seats than send you a letter.

Questions we get asked

Does it work with my AI? Yes — it is plain text. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Llama, or your own hosted model.

What about the next edition? v6.0 is the edition on sale. A later edition, v7.1, runs inside Huceptron and is still being tested against it. We are not promising an upgrade or a date, because the first v7 attempt was tested, did not beat v6.0, and was never sold. If v7 passes, we will publish the result and tell you what it costs then — and if it fails, we will publish that too.

Can you write a role we do not have? Yes. Tell us the role and we will quote.

Do we still need people? Yes. A d‑Employee accelerates a role; a human owns it. Every one of these personas is written to escalate rather than guess.
